TunnTunn is a U.S.-based Sports Technology Company dedicated to bringing together players, parents, coaches, clubs, leagues and sports organizations through one innovative digital platform. Our mission is to build stronger sports communities by combining social networking, event management, registrations, payments and digital engagement into one easy-to-use platform.

As we continue expanding our presence, we are launching the inaugural TunnTunn Talent Hunt to discover an exceptional individual who will become the official face of our brand.

The Opportunity

This is much more than a marketing position.

You will become the Official Brand Ambassador, Spokesperson and Digital Content Creator for TunnTunn while helping shape the company's public image and community engagement.

Salary & Travel Expenses

Attractive and Travel expenses to attend an event after hiring is covered.

Travel expenses for a specific event will be covered.

Location

Applicants should reside within approximately 30 miles (48 Kilometers) of Blue Area, Islamabad.

Responsibilities

• Become the official public face of TunnTunn.

• Create engaging short-form and long-form content across leading social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and future digital channels.

• Promote TunnTunn.com by creating authentic, engaging content that inspires people to register, download the iOS and Android mobile  apps, and become active members of the TunnTunn community.

• Build and grow your own online audience while representing TunnTunn professionally across all digital platforms.

• Attend sporting events and create engaging interviews and promotional content.

• Work directly with the Founder & CEO on branding and marketing strategies.

• Participate in weekly online strategy meetings with the Founder & CEO based in the United States.

• Attend occasional in-person meetings in Islamabad with TunnTunn employees, including developers, project managers, finance leadership and other team members.

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Has an engaging, confident and professional personality.

• Is comfortable speaking in front of a camera.

• Speaks fluent English and Urdu.

• Holds a Bachelor's degree (2-year or 4 year professional degree) from a recognised institution.

• Understands modern social media platforms.

• Enjoys creating high-quality digital content.

• Experiecne using AI Tool such as ChatGPT and Claude for research, wirting and graphic/content generation.

• Is creative, energetic and self-motivated.

• Represents professionalism and positivity.

Selection Process
Step 1 – Registration

Register FREE on TunnTunn and apply for the official TunnTunn Talent Hunt 2026 event from the ALL EVENTS tab on TunnTunn.com or from the main menu of its IOS or Android Mobile App.

Must upload your recent profile photo and a profile video (45–60 seconds) introducing yourself. Briefly tell us about yourself, why you want this opportunity, and why you should be the Face of TunnTunn.

Note: Profile photos, video uploads, and other profile features are available only in the mobile app. You can download the iOS app from the App Store and the Android app from the Google Play Store.

Step 2 – Interview

Selected candidates will be invited for interviews and notified about their hourly slots. 

Make sure to bring your original CINC  and all original supportive documents and arrive half hour before your interview time.

All interviews will be conducted personally by the Founder & CEO traveling from the United States.

Step 3 – Top 6 Finalists

The Top 6 finalists will be announced on August 14.

Each finalist will receive a Paid Promotional Challenge Agreement and officially become a TunnTunn Talent Hunt Finalist.

From August 15 through August 20, finalists will create content, promote TunnTunn, encourage user registrations and app downloads, and demonstrate creativity, professionalism and measurable audience engagement.

Upon successfully completing the promotional challenge, each finalist will receive Rs. 5,000 in recognition of their work, regardless of whether they advance to the final round.

Step 4 – Top 3 Finalists

On August 21, the Top 3 finalists will be announced.

The remaining finalists will continue representing TunnTunn through the final challenge until August 25.

Step 5 – Grand Finale

On August 26, the Official Face of TunnTunn will be announced.

The successful candidate will receive a full-time employment offer beginning September 14.

The employment agreement will be signed during the Grand Finale.
