We have two groups of Individuals, one is Individuals <= 12 years and the 2nd group is Individuals >= 13 years. When creating an Individual account, the system is smart to put you in respective group based on the birthday entered. If birthday is less and equal to 12 years then it requires parental consent. While creating Individual account you can choose a type such as Player, Coach, Umpire, Curator, Commentator, Grounds men, Physio, Reporter, Score Keeper, Sports Blog Writer, Flood Light Engineer, Broadcasting Engineer, Sports Documentary/movie producer, Sports Movie Directors, Sports Commentator, Photographer, Cheer Leader or a Fan.
An organization is an entity that could be a Sports Board, League/association, club, News/Media company, Broadcasting Company, Sports Entertainment Company, Hospitality/Hotels, Tour Operators, Transportation Company, Sports Promoters Consultants, Film/Movie Production Company, Stadium Infrastructure Development, Flood Light Engineering, Insurance Company, Sports Medical Providers, Training Academy, Merchandise Company or any Other company offering sports related goods, services. and events. The reason, you have not verified your account yet. In order to verify you have to login to your email account that you have used to create the account on TunnTunn website or mobile app. Look for an email from TunnTunn.com and follow the steps in it. In case you do not see the email in your inbox then check the Junk/Spam mail folder and click the TunnTunn email to be safe so you can verify your account.
When you have your account created, you can use our search window that will enable you to filter down your search by name. For detail procedure check the topics How to Search an Individual? and How to Search an Organization?
You need to have a validated account with TunnTunn to Message/Contact Individuals or Organizations. Once Logged in narrow down your search for the Individual or Organization you want to message/contact and then click View Profile on the search result record and then click Message/Contact that will open the email screen/page with your email address and the name of the person you want to message/contact. On the screen/page enter the subject and text of your email and click send. However, keep in mind that Individuals >= 13 years and Organizations cannot message/cotact Individauls <=12 years old and vice versa. There are few special scenarios where an Infdividual >= 13 year such as coach can contact the Individual <= year if he or she has been given persmission from his/her Organizaton which the Individual <= 12 year is a member of. Organization can message/contact Individual <=12 year if the individual is the participating member and has accepted the Invite of the Organization with his/her parents consent. The Individual <= 12 year can also then message/contact the especially given permission Indivodual >= 13 and the Organization that he/she is the member of.
TunnTunn search engine is perfect to precision. You can search an Individual either from Top Search window on the home page of the website by entering individuals name or you can search individuals name while on the list screens of the mobile app. The list screen on Mobile App has two sections for different age groups of Individuals which are Individuals<=12 and Indivoduals>=13.
YouCricketer search engine is perfect to precision. You can search an Organization either on the homepage of the website from top search window by entering organization name or you can search individuals name while on the list screens of the mobile app. The list screen on the Mobile App has one sub section for Organizations. Note: Clubs, Leagues/Associations, Sports Academies are also considered as organizations and must be registered through the Organization Sign up page/screen on web or mobile app.
We have multiple anti spam software installed. One checks the registration forms for email addresses and IP addresses that have already been reported as spam and blocks their attempt to Sign Up. Whereas, other software analyzes text/comments/emails for spam like behavior and reports the address to spam watchdog. In case you notice any spam contact TunnTunn Technical Support via built in Messaging system to report any spam. We encourage you not to reply back to any message that you suspect that to be a spam and delete the message from your inbox without opening it.
Multimedia policy is posted on the website at the bottom of the home page and under the Main Menu in the Mobile App.
If you notice any violation, please review our Terms of Service to find out what constitutes a violation, then contact TunnTunn by selecting the item Contact Us from the top menu and then selecting email category General Data Protection Regualtion from the drop down. Write the subject and proper explanation by giving as much detail as possible and submit. TunnTunn will verify your request upon receiving your email and will remedy the situation ASAP.

Yes! Once an account has been created, some indictive Account information can be changed such as change in name. Whereas Password, Profile Information, Status, Activities, Likes, Chain Reaction Comments, Privacy settings, Photo Albums, Video Albums, Networking, Events can be updated as many times as you want.
TunnTunn sends you an email notification to the email address that you have initially used to create your account profile with the notification message that someone new has messaged/contacted you. You can then log in to your TunnTunn account either on the website or mobile app and go to messaging system inbox and select that particular message and read and reply.
Yes! Once an account has been created, it can be changed/updated.
The reason you are using an email address that has been either used for an existing account or reserved for an account that has not been activated yet or the particular user with the email that you are using has been blocked by TunnTunn Admin.
You will receive emails when you are contacted either by an Individual TunnTunn members or by organizations or you may receive emails from TunnTunn departments for the types of departments that you have selected when contacting TunnTunn. You may also receive administrative messages from TunnTunn, such as emails asking you to verify the email address associated with your account or emails notifying you of a password change or any promotions or contests.
On the Website:
1.Go to Your Dash Board and under your name select menu item Change Password. 2.Enter your current password. 3.Enter you new password in the Password field. 4.Renter your new password in the Confirm New Password field. 5.Click Submit 6.You will see the message Information Updated ..! on top of the page once Submit is clicked.
On Mobile App:
While logged in click the main menu burger icon at the bottom of the screes. Scroll down to Change Password icon and click. Fill the password and click Submit.
On the Website:
1. Click Login from the top menu. 2. Click Forgot Password Link 3. Enter the email address at the prompt, the same email address that you used originally for setting up the account on Forgot Password page. 4. You can upload your profile photo any time at your convenience, follow the following steps, 1.While logged in go to your Dashboard 2.From the menu click My Profile 3.Go to Step 1 on your Profile form 4.Read Multi Media policy, if you are not aware. 5.Click Choose File and browse to your local directory and select the photo of your choice and double click the photo. 6.Once done you will see the name of the photo file next to Choose File, then click Upload. 7.You will see the actual photo uploaded in the form. 8. You can also choose your profile photo from your Album maintained on TunnTunn by clicking Album on the same page.

You can only be logged in to one account at a time in the same browser. You can be logged into multiple session of your account at the same time by using different browsers. However, it is not recommended.
No! Your email address and phone number are not visible on your Profile for others to see.
Entire DOB will display based on your Privacy settings. With Privacy settings you have choice to display only the day and Month of your birthday. However, we take full DOB per our policy for internal reporting analysis and demographic trends.
Currently this feature is not available to users, but will be implemented sometime in year 2020. Hence, cannot be blocked by you. Only YouCricketer Admin can block a user if it is determined to be a spammer or in complete violation of the policies of YouCricketer. A blocked user account will not appear through the search and will not be able to login into account at-all.
You can report an Individual or an Organization account if you suspect them as spam by log in your account and then selecting Contact from the top menu items and then select Administrator from Department dropdown to send email to YouCricketer. Make sure to mention the user type, name and other necessary information in your email.
You can promote your Profile by making sure the following requirement are met so your account appear in search result, 1.Make sure your First Name and Last Name is correctly filled. 2.Make sure you have entered the right Country State and City of your residence. 3.Make sure that you upload your profile picture and your video, which are two basic and most important factors in promoting yourself. 4.Make sure that your Individual role or Organization type chosen appropriately reflects your skills or services that you offer. 5.Make sure to complete all steps in your profile info section so you have better chance of being selected and contacted.
You can deactivate your account with the intent of reactivating again in future in that case your all information in your account will remain save as is and you do not have to start all over again. After deactivation, you should not be able to log in to your account unless you re-open it. To Delete your account permanently, please make sure to make backup copies of your photos and videos and delete any non required personal information then submit a request with Admin to delete the account completely for ever. After account delete request, your account will be removed after some administrative analysis. We do not retain your user data after which it is permanently deleted at your request neither we are responsible for any of your photos or videos in your account. We are also not responsible of any of your photos and videos which you have shared with others and copies were made of those.
Log in to your account and go to Account Information page and then click I want to Close my account. Enter the reason to close and then click the Close button. Your account will be immediately closed and you will be automatically logged out of your account. To Delete your account permanently, please make sure to make backup copies of your photos and videos and delete any non required personal information then submit a request with Admin to delete the account completely for ever. After account delete request, your account will be removed after some administrative analysis. Yes! You can reactivate your account once it is deactivated. To deactivate go to Login page and then click the link Re-Open Account and then follow the instructions. Your account will be reactivated within few minutes with all the information intact as is when you deactivated it.
Accounts are suspended mostly for three reasons either for Terms of Service violations or Media violation or spam investigation.
Your account is immediately deactivated once you close your account by yourself from Account Information page whereas YouCricketer deletes your account information upon delete request after administrative analysis. However, old links may appear on Google, Yahoo, Bing and other search engines because they have not cleared their cache and old content is still in there. You can send search engines companies request to clear your information or over the time it will clear by itself.
No! Your email address and phone numbers are not shared with third parties not associated with TunnTunn, unless you share it yourself by replying back to an Individuals or Organizations emails who contacted you through your account on TunnTunn.
Absolutely not. You may encounter websites or Mobile Apps claiming they are partners with TunnTunn and can help you manage your accounts. TunnTunn has not signed or authorized any third party Moble Apps or websites for such services. If you get any offers like that just ignore it as it is a spam. When you give out your username and password to another site or application, you are giving control of your account to someone else. They may then post spam, or malicious updates and links, send unwanted direct email messages, or violate terms and policies with your account. If a third-party App or website causes your account to violate the terms and policies of TunnTunn, your account will be cancelled.

You can grow your online community in multiple ways. You can join a sports club or a league that is on TunnTunn by visiting its profile screen/page and sending Invite or message them. Similarly, you can visit the profile screen/page of the individual of your age group. Thirdly, participate in the TunnTunn Referral Points contest by referring TunnTunn to your points and winning the referral points when your friends create their TunnTunn account using the link that was sent for referral. See the dates and prizes of these contest once they are announced by frequently visiting the site or the Mobile App. Keep in mind Individuals >= 13 years group cannot send Invites or message Individuals <= 12 years of age group. Yes, sports organizations officers for example Coaches can communicate online with Individuals through buiilt in messaging system or through Networking through the activity board. As we also have children members under the age of 13 they cannot be contacted/communicated online unless sports organizations give special online permission to its officers/staff. Once the permistion granted the officers/staff for example coach will send the Invite request to the child under the age of 13 and will get access to online communication only if the invite was approved by the children parents.
