When registering on our site or ordering products or rewards to be mailed, as appropriate, you may be asked to enter your: name, e-mail address, date of birth and gender. You may, however, visit our website or mobile app anonymously as a general user.
Why do we need your birthday?
Your birthday helps us makes sure your age is within the guidelines of our policy and you get the right Youcricketer experience for your age. Your Year of Birth is hidden from your profile to public by default. You can choose to display your Year of Birth on website by going to My Dashboard>My Privacy Settings or on the mobile app by going to Main Menu>Privacy Settings and then check mark the option 'Year of Birth' to display in your profile. You must be at least 13 years old to have an Youcricketer account in most countries. Although, our system does not allow an account to be created if by calculation it finds out if birthday entered is less than 13 years. However, If you find an account of someone who is actually under 13 years old, please report it. Birthday information is needed for everyone who creates an account to help ensure that it is within the guidelines of our policy. This includes everyone, whether the account represents you individually, or if the account was created for a club/league/Organization as its administrator.
What do we use your information for?
Any of the information we collect from you may be used in one of the following ways: To personalize your experience to have the best benefits from the Website (your information helps us to better respond to your individual needs). To improve our website (we continually strive to improve our website offerings based on the information and feedback we receive from you). To improve customer service (your information helps us to more effectively respond to your customer service requests and support needs). To process marketplace transactions. To administer a contest, promotion, survey or other site feature. To send periodic emails. The email address you provide may be used to send you information, respond to inquiries, and/or other requests or questions. How do we protect your information?
We implement a variety of security measures to maintain the safety of your personal information when you enter, submit, or access your personal information. We have multiple anti spam software installed. One checks the registration forms for email addresses and IP addresses that have already been reported as spam and blocks their attempt to register. Whereas, other software analyzes text/comments/emails for spam like behavior and reports the address to spam watchdog.

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties your personally identifiable information.
